New music from NYC. Holy Ghost! has made their way into TNYGV again. The native New Yorkers have churned out another hypnotizing track which has motivated me enough to put the pipe down and take a few moments to post this track for all y'all to listen to. It is one of those mellow dramatic intros that really grabs a hold of you, I can hear this being played anytime of day and working itself into whatever mood your in and pulling you up into a smile..my kind of song, very Poppy!

Next up, another  crew from NYC, Freelance Whales. I can't say I have ever heard of them before, not sure yet they are a crew I want to keep listening to, but sometimes, those are the best bands, the Wine Bands as I like to call them. Sometimes it takes me awhile to understand a song, but then, it weaves it's separate entities into the back of my cranium, and one day I catch myself going to it, like a fine aged cocktail, something also I have just started acquiring the taste for.

Anyhow, hope you all enjoy it.

On a whole other note, I just realized that this is the first time in awhile that I have actually written about the music and not ranted about anything, so on that note, here it is....

So the other day I was trying to hop the G train as I have recently moved to Greenpoint, great area by the way, but that G train sure does suck. Moving forward, so I am buying a metro at the G train stop, don't ask why, but I only had a 5 on me, so I enter 5 cash in the machine, I then get a message saying "Error Imprinting your card", the machine spits out my metro with no money on it, gives me a receipt for the 5 and kept my 5 dollars! Luckily I had some change and bought a one way. When I got to the Lorimer transfer station, I went to the booth attendant to see if I could get my 5 back, I explain the story and his VERBATIM reply was ,

"Here's an envelop BLAH BLAH BLAH!"

HE LITERALLY SAID " BLAH BLAH BLAH and he was so drab, it did not seem like an attempt at humor, my reply was,

"Wow, what courtesy and professionalism", to which he said,

"FUCK YOU!"

I was quite dumb founded and so, to the MTA and it's disgruntled employees, FUCK YOU! right back at ya!. Ya fucks!
