Ham (short for Happy, Angry, Mad)

The great gods of Iceland rock return to shake the walls and feed the monsters within.

One of the best shows I've been to in years. Ham had the crowd slamming, body surfing (see video below) and generally causing a frenzy.

How would I describe their music? Think Pink Floyd meets Metallica in a meat grinder going through a finely tuned car wash. THESE GUYS RAWK!!! It is difficult to control the overwhelming urge to crowd surf while they are on stage.

Active from 1988 to 1994, Ham reunited for a Rammstein concert in 2001 and we can all thank the gods of rock they did. Performing last night in Rykjevik, Iceland at the Iceland Airwaves music festival 2010, this show left me wanting more and more and more.

I didn't even realize I was soaked with sweat when it was all overwhith. The Icelandic crowd had the politest mosh pit I've ever seen.
