On the phone now with Apple support about this new iOs5 and the whole iCloud thingy. It's cool and confusing all at the same time. I love the new camera option with the double tap of my home button, and along with that, all of the new camera and photo editing updates. However, the "Photostream" doesn't work at all, and the other day when I was on the phone with Apple Support (for the first time), they told me I should have been seeing some sort of "Wi-Fi" option in my iTunes, however i told them I didn't see it, than after several holds, the Apple tech told me they didn't see it on any of the computers in there office, crazy!!!

Now I finally get a senior advisor on and explain to her the situation, she walks me thru some questions, that when she ask, I query, why weren't these questions asked before, anyhow, I digress. It turns out the issue is, my MacBook isn't up to date with the proper system, so , knowing what I need to do to update, i end the call, and just as a little sidebar, Apple Supports hold music is Rad!, I heard James Brown, Cake, The White Stripes, it was awesome!!!

then the realization came to me. I'm not really constructing this to dis anybody at Apple, or the new product, it's actually kind of to be expected with a new release of such a prominent update, but what I am complaining about is the fact that I have to have 2!!! new OS(operating system) upgrades for my Macbook, both of which cost $29 dollars!!!, what a crock!! OK, so I guess I am complaining about Apple, I am still a bit naive to all of their ways, and today was a new realization for me, my girl didn't seem to be as surprised as I was. I am such an Apple fan, that I never understood how shiesty they could be, but this whole "carrot on a stick" routine with the free update for your iPhone, but charging you to update your computer in order to get all the new gizmos to work, is just plain shiesty!!! OK, well that's it...Next up, Baby Lisa...real missing child, or Government tactic of diversion?...
