On Valentine's Day, Betsey Johnson sent out some lovable looks down the runway. Nancy Sinatra's "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down") kicked off the Wild, Wild West inspired show, and Kelly Osbourne (her face adorned in a bandit's mask and her hands equipped with toy pistols) was first to come out on the straw-strewn runway.

A mini fur trimmed sweater dress with a Warhol-esque print of Marilyn Monroe appeared at the beginning of the show. Other graphic prints that made a debut were of pistols, bullets and dice, and colors such as cobalt, purple, lime green and canary yellow brightened the runway. Boho-chic made more than one appearance. The look was exemplified in a long brown floral dress with a ruffle skirt, paired with a short green, pretilly embroidered vest. The model wearing the flouncy frock was capped in a hat on which perched a novelty bird; and in fingerless gloves and a satchel slung over her shoulder, she looked ready to take a stroll downtown. A fun take on the floral numbers that continued to emerge on the runway was a purple dress with extravagant puffy sleeves that (hinted at the prairie.) Toward the end of the show, Betsey demonstrated refinement with beautiful evening gowns, one of them a truly stunning black strapless ballroom dress with an underlying "petticoat."

An energetic and fun performance, the Betsey Johnson show ended with a tribute to Alexander McQueen and a procession during which the models pranced around and threw blow up red hearts into the crowd. And of course, there was a cartwheel from the beloved and eccentric fashion queen.
