Halloween has gone from a one night costumed celebration to a weeklong festivity  over the past few years. As a tourist and nomad hot spot, New York is overflowing  with costumed patrons. Meatpacking district clubs are fun and crazy, but tend to  charge for "tickets". Being a true New Yorker, I have a whole list of FREE  admittance festivities!

Here's my list of the top FREE parties for Hallo-Weekend;

Friday:

TRASH! Halloween Masquerade with DJ Monikkr & Realize in the Webster Hall Studio  (go in through the downstairs/studio entrance for free entry!)  11pm-4am

Halloween Devil's Bash at Santos Party House  11pm-4am

Saturday:

Tropical Halloween Bash at 128 Tropical (at Elizabeth and Broome)  1/2 priced drinks with costume!  10pm-3amt

Beauty Bar (14th and 3rd)  10pm-4am

Monday:

Halloween Parade in the West Village: gays, guys, costumes, floats! And apparently  Pauly D is DJing on the Pacha float.    The SkinNy with Uncle DJ spinning.   1/2 priced drinks with a costume!  174 Orchard Street at Stanton.L    Other than that I say roam the streets! Bar hopping, meeting new people, and having  a jolly good time!
