Going through a break up can be difficult. Especially if you feel like you are on the short end of the break up stick. It can be more than depressing to just watch life pass by as you painstakingly think about every moment that you are missing with the other person, but, as they say, it is always darkest before the dawn. You must raise your head and move on, so here is the list of ten things you should do to help yourself get over it:

10- Purge!!! Get rid of everything that reminds you of the other person.Clean Your house, try to do all of your laundry. Just dont get caught with the huge pile of unfolded dry laundry on the couch in the spare room. Accomplish little tasks that keep you moving away from your depresssion.

9- Relapse and fall into an even greater depression, attempt to drink as much as humanly possible,  but make sure all drinking starts after 8 in the morning.

8- Call your ex's and have them tell you that you can't just sit around and drink. Get motivated by realizing all you can do is better yourself.

7-Start eating better. Get a couple health magazines you like the covers on. Read a few articles and find some recipes and exercises that you like and can accomplish at home on your own. Start to develop a routine.

6-Attempt to re-design yourself. Walk yourself through self examinations. Listen in silence to all the criticisms you have heard though out your life and approach each one with an open mind. Allow yourslef to hear criticism and enjoy the free advice.

5- Up the ante. Head to a gym and work out harder. Attempt to make your diet more strict then it was. Research your bodies health and start taking vitamins and supplements to help you with you work outs.

4- Get a new outfit and go out. Have a good time without splurging, smile and introduce yourself to new people.

3- Keep up your personal goals. Set new goals when goals are reached

2-Let time go by. Deal with yourself, do not obligate yourself to anyone but yourself.

1- Do not ever forget, it is never too late.
